Halloween Fun for the community, this amazing event included games, a costume contest, music, food and most of all FUN!

The movement for African self-determination!
This event combined a mobilizing political program in the morning, mixed with a volunteer day of door-hanging in the afternoon.
This event incuded a discovery of the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King in the context of African self-determination participants helped in directly mobilizing our community!

In 1920 Marcus Garvey led the largest African organization in history with 11 million members worldwide. Garvey's movement was built on economic self-reliance. Today the Uhuru Movement follows in Garvey's footsteps with more than 30 economic institutions and organization around the world.
